A 2 days workshop on Embedded system & VLSI design in robotics was conducted in the campus for the benefit of faculty and students. The programme was co-ordinated by officials from international institute of Information technology, Pune. The Chief Guest at the inaugural ceremony was Mr. Ashok Jain. Principal Secretary, Deptt. of Environment, Government of Rajasthan. The programme was cooordinated by Mr. Rabindra Herry and Dr. Ghoshal, a senior proffessor from IIT, Pune, enlightened the ,students with his knowledgeable lectures.

International Seminar by "KISTLER" SwitzerlandAn International Seminar on Trends on Engine Development Technology was conducted by Kistler, Switzerland at the Arya Campus. Eminent personalities from their respective fields attended the seminar and presented their views. Dr. Walker Kneht and Mr. Paul Eyeler from Kistler took the technical session. Prof. M. L. Mathur, Former Vice Chancellor, JNV University was the Guest of honour. Students and faculty from various colleges graced the occasion.

A national level seniinar on Alternative Fuels of I.C.Engines was organised in the Arya Campus under the auspices of SAE India. the chief organiser were the Department of Automobile Engineering, ACEI Luminaries from their respective fields. presented theirpapers and enlightened the students. Arya SAE Collegiate club was also inaugurated on this auspicious day by Mr. Joy Lakre, FM Production, Maruti Udyog.

Arya College associated with the reputed Tata  Consultancy services, for conducting  the Initial Learning Programme of 5 months duration in the campus.  The programme commensed on 4th March 2010. The college facilitated the smooth conduction of this programme in the campus by providing well equipped labs and accommodation to the participants

Arya College of Engg. &  IT  organized a two days conference  ECM -2010 ‘ A National Conference on “ Expectations & Challenges of Management . Lectures , professors, dignitrees, & students from various Institutes & officials from industry  were invited in the conference .All the participants shared their precious views and opened new avenues  for research in the  area concerned.The chief guest in the opening session was Prof .Naresh Dadhich (Vice – Chancellor , V.M Open University , Kota.) and the session was presided  by Prof. B.S Bijaniya (Vice- chairman , M.D.S University ). The conference was organized by the MBA Deptt. Of Arya College.

An All India Seminar on ‘Innovations and Recent Trends in power Systems and Power Electronics’, IRT-PSPE-2010 was organized in the Arya Campus by The Institution of Engineers (India). This conference was held under the aegis of The Electrical Engineering Divisional Board.The conference invited learned individuals from industry and senior professors and lecturers from different colleges to present their views in the area of recent innovations and developments in the Indian Power System. The students also actively participated in the brain storming sessions held during the conference.

All India  Conference on Recent innovations in Software & Computers (RISC-2010) sponsored by Institute of Engineers (India) Rajasthan State Centre,  is being organized by the Computer Department of Arya College of Engineering & Information Technology, Jaipur. It will be held at ACEIT, Jaipur on 5th & 6th February 2010. RISC-2010 is premier conference, providing an excellent forum for scientists, researchers, engineers and industrial practitioners throughout the world to present and discuss the latest technology advancement as well as future directions and trends in Computer Software and Hardware Applications
